RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Ways to Request
Please contact us at GoonDynamics@gmail.com to request a return, refund or exchange. We appreciate your business and want to make you, the customer, happy with your purchase.
Goon Dynamics accepts returns on the following conditions:
That the item/s still include all of the original packaging, instructions & receipt.
That the item/s have not been used, damaged, or altered in anyway.
Items must be received within 30 days from the delivery date to receive a refund for the ordered items.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Note: All returns will be carefully inspected before giving a refund, or credit. Returns may be subjected to a 25% restocking fee if the item is altered in any way from its original form. Returns are not accepted on sale (including blemished sale goods) items or custom products.
Exchanges are processed via you returning the unwanted item for a refund and having you repurchase the new item. You do not need to wait until we process a refund to place the new order.
Refunds will be provided after return has been accepted. See return policy above.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
